Online MBSR Course Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participation in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program involves a significant personal and group commitment. We understand that circumstances can change. Please review the following cancellation and refund policy carefully before registering.
Registration Commitment
By enrolling in this online MBSR course, participants agree to attend all scheduled sessions, engage in daily home practice, and participate fully in the learning community. Because the course is experiential and builds week by week, refunds are limited once the program begins.
Cancellation Before the Course Begins

More than 7 days prior to the course start date:
A full refund will be issued, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $50 -
Less than 7 days prior to the course start date:
A 80% refund will be issued or the option to transfer registration to a future online MBSR course.
After the Course Has Started

Once the orientation session has taken place but before the second session, A 50% refund can be provided or the option to transfer registration to a future online MBSR course.

After the second session has started no refunds are provided. In cases of serious illness or emergency, participants may request for consideration to transfer registration to a future online MBSR course. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the course organizer.
Missed Sessions

No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions.

When available, recordings or supporting materials may be offered to help participants stay engaged, though these are not intended to replace live participation.
Course Cancellation by the Instructor

If the course is canceled by the instructor or It’s Always Now LLC, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future online MBSR course.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original form of payment.
