Learn practical tools to manage stress, improve focus, and reconnect with yourself through guided meditation, gentle movement, and group reflections. Course dates: September 20, 2026 - November 22, 2026. -Required orientation: September 20, 2026 , 6PM - 8:30PM EST -8 Weekly sessions: Every Sunday from 6PM-8:30PM EST starting October 4, 2026 -Required All-Day Session: Saturday November 7, 2026 from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
